Career/Life Equilibrium
The notion of Work/Life Balance has been tossed around for over a
decade. But are the expectations that are being placed on individuals
and organizations realistic and fair? Career/Life Equilibrium presents
a new way of responding to the growing desire to achieve this state. It
is predicated on the belief that true balance is something that is
attained over the course of a lifetime and that the key, at any given
point in time, is having a clear understanding of one's priorities. The
outcome for all participants is a better understanding of how to
establish priorities and a clear action plan for moving forward to
attain balance.

Generation Y How to Manage the Expectations Gap

of university and college graduates? If you are like many, you are
experiencing the challenge of adapting to a generation that does not
respond to prevailing corporate culture paradigms. Gen Ys may be
applying to jobs in droves but are they really engaged once you hire
them? With large numbers of baby boomers set to retire over the next 5
years, this generation presents the foundation upon which businesses of
the future must be built. What are you doing to position your company
as an employer of choice? Contact us to learn more.
