Yvonne Toma
Yvonne Toma, principal of ymt Strategies, is an impassioned and creative enabler of present and future leaders who are motivated to develop themselves, and who are committed to the retention of their employees. She is a business leader with over 20 years experience managing people and leading change within large, complex organizations in the financial services and retail industries. In addition, Yvonne has leveraged her professional skills as a volunteer, providing fundraising and strategic leadership to several non-profit organizations.
